Youth empowered by sailing
"Blue skies, a steady breeze, and fairly calm waters made a picture perfect day for a first sailing adventure in Clearwater Harbor. Four ranchers from the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch in Safety Harbor learned sailing basics, with the help of Sailability volunteers, March 14 at the Clearwater Community Sailing Center."
