Boat owner woe being ramped up | Herald Sun

Boat owner woe being ramped up | Herald Sun: "DISREPAIR and overcrowding at boat ramps are two major issues confronting Victoria's boating fraternity.

Statistics show the state has more than 167,000 registered boats, with 75 per cent used for fishing and 48 per cent of owners listing Port Phillip Bay as their preferred destination.

It means many of the bay's boat ramps are overworked in October and November when the snapper migration hits."
